Living outside the box
Many people love to feel very comfortable and safe. They love to stay where they are and focus on their main goals before setting new ones. Stepping outside our comfort zone feels like we’re unsafe, and no one is there to help and guide us. Although staying in our comfort zone keeps us calm and with a sense of familiarity, it prevents us from being curious to explore new things, which we humans have when we’re born.

Not being in our comfort zone allows us to face more opportunities. This allows us to grow, be more experienced, etc. Challenging yourself allows you to be the best of yourself. You cannot expect yourself to become good at something without practicing it daily. We all have to go 1 step at a time, and then we can proceed to master what we have been doing.
When people stay in their comfort zone, they tend to feel more shy when meeting or talking to new people. If you are having some issues with socializing with new people, try talking to new people online or in real life. It allows you to not only build your socializing skills, but also build your self confidence. If you stop thinking about the negative situations, you will succeed in building your confidence and also being able to step out of your comfort zone.

When we tend to make mistakes when we are around people, we will feel a negative energy such as embarrassment, feeling that you have regret doing something, and many other things. But, this allows you to learn your mistakes and understand yourself better. Understanding yourself better allows you to know what your strengths and weaknesses are. Completing a task that you have no full confidence in or no knowledge in will allow you to learn what you have done, and what you could improve on. This also allows you to be more confident and knowledgeable.
In this world, we all live with fear. We should replace fear with curiosity as it allows us to step outside our comfort zone. We, humans, are naturally curious creatures. So, do not be afraid to step out of our comfort zone and have an adventurous life.
