Recipes Too Irresistible To Miss

Recipe #1: Quesadilla


Ingredients you will need:

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 flour tortillas shells

  • ½ cup Cheese

  • 2 slices bacon crumbled

  • Crumbled sausage

Instructions:


1. In a large skillet, scramble the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.

2. Spray your skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Place one tortilla on the skillet.

3. When the tortilla is hot, flip, and add half of the cheese. Scatter them evenly on the tortilla.

4. Add some scrambled eggs and distribute them evenly.

5. Add bacons, sausages, or any desired toppings that you want.

6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and top it with another tortilla. Cook until the cheese starts to melt, slightly press it before carefully flipping it.

7. Remove from the pan when both sides of the tortillas are cooked. Cut into slices and serve with sour cream and/or salsa.

Recipe #2: Carbonara


Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or unsalted butter

  • 1/2 pound thick cut bacon, diced

  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced, about 1 teaspoon (optional)

  • 3-4 whole eggs

  • 1 cup grated parmesan or pecorino cheese

  • 1 pound spaghetti or fettuccini

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:


1. Boil a large pot of salted water (1 tbsp salt for every 2 quarts of water).


2. While the water is coming to a boil, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook slowly until crispy.

3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Turn off the heat and transfer them into a large bowl.

4. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and mix in about half of the cheese.


5. Once the water has boiled, add the dry pasta and cook until they are al dente (follow the instruction on the packaging as different brand requires different cooking time).


6. When the pasta is still a little firm, use tongs to move the wet pasta quickly to the bowl with the bacon and garlic. The heat from the pasta will later heat the eggs sufficiently to create the creamy sauce.


7. Pour the eggs without cheese to the pasta and mix them. Then, add the beaten eggs with cheese to the pasta and mix them again.


9. Add salt to taste and some pasta water to the pasta to keep it from drying out. Serve while it is warm.


Recipe #3: Brownies


Ingredients you will need:

  • 2 eggs

  • Water

  • Powdered sugar

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Chocolate chips

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Vanilla extract

Instructions:


1. Combine the sugar, flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and salt in a medium bowl. Then, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, vanilla extract, and water in a large one.

2. Combine the dry mixture with the wet one slowly and fold them until just combined.

3. Pour the thick batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Use a rubber spatula to spread them evenly onto the pan and smooth the top.

4. Transfer the pan to a pre-heated oven and bake at 325 degree Fahrenheit for 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs attached.


5. Cool down the brownies completely before slicing and serving or else they will crack.
